PARTNERING WITH OFFSHORE TRAINING RESOURCES: INSIGHTS AND EXPERIENCES
You have probably heard about offshoring work; usually it involves IT, test scripts, or system development. However, there has been a trend in the training and development space to offshore instructional design and other training activities.
