As a Learning Professional, communication is one of the core skills you must possess to be effective in the various roles you perform.

This presentation provides participants with the not so hidden secrets of communicating more effectively to achieve success. Constantly enhancing and updating your communication skills is essential in communicating with diverse audiences and for long-term job success.  This presentation can help you utilize your communication skills to the utmost.

This session will provide information and skills you can integrate into your personal communication style to develop new skills and perspectives for better communication including:

  • Energetic listening
  • Targeted speaking
  • Creating a common ground connection

Dr. Bennett's presentation is based on his book:  "Connect & Succeed:  A Communication Style to Engage and Motivate Your Employees", which was published this past September.  A copy of the book will be given away as a raffle gift during the presentation.  We will also be raffling off a complimentary one-hour coaching session with Dr. Bennett.
