Micro-Learning Mojo Overview
Ever wonder how you might attain your micro-learning mojo? Begin your journey by learning how Dealer Tire delivers micro-learning. During this session you will be able to hear how the Talent Development Enterprise Team infused micro-learning artifacts into their learning strategy.
Over the last two years Dealer Tire’s Talent Development Enterprise Team created over 6 microburst sessions at their Corporate Headquarters, 24 micro-learning safety sessions at their distribution centers, 9 Business Intelligence micro-learning Corporate sessions, 1 remote microburst Excel session and 1 microburst WBT. Learn about the strategy behind these sessions, how this team obtained leadership sign-off and the design elements they incorporated to create these learning artifacts.
About Rhonee Iula
Rhonee is part of the Talent Development Enterprise Team at Dealer Tire. She will be joined by some of her team, Stacy Ahrens and Amy Salapski to lead us through the elements they use to create these sessions.
Who should attend? Trainers, Facilitators, Instructional Designers and who would like to explore new and creative ways to train employees and clients in a quick yet efficient manner.
