Unfortunately statistics reveal that over 70% of employees are just plain disengaged in the workplace, costing the U.S. economy alone over 500 billion annually.

By understanding the 5 Languages of Appreciation you can gain a clearer picture of an individual’s style of appreciation in a work-related setting. Individuals differ in how they experience feeling appreciated at work. Some people prefer to be told that they are doing a good job; others feel valued when their supervisor spends individual time with them. Some team members are encouraged if their colleagues work with them to complete difficult tasks, while others are motivated by tangible rewards received for a job well done.

How much more time do struggling businesses have to spend “trying” to figure it out? Adding the 5 Languages to an organization won’t solve all your problems. But the effects can be profound.

5 Languages of Appreciation:

  • 1.    Words of Affirmation
  • 2.    Quality Time
  • 3.    Acts of Service
  • 4.    Tangible Gifts
  • 5.    Physical Touch

Susan Aldrich will show us how to lead others towards a more motivated workplace and help you discover your own style of appreciation.

Come join us for a highly engaging and interactive session!
