About Jennifer Yaros Jennifer is the Vice President of Operations at Radcom, an instructional design and technical documentation company. She has been developing online and classroom training for eleven years.
Her current responsibilities include keeping up with industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and developing and estimating training solutions for clients. Often the best solution (or dream solution) for a client is not within their budget, so Jennifer must be creative in developing a solution that meets the learning goal, the client’s visions, and the limited budget.
Jennifer has been promoting creativity within her company to increase employee engagement and client satisfaction. She even has a “creativity corner” in her office where she likes to put on her Empress Crown and draw on her whiteboard, brainstorming ideas.
Who should attend? Trainers, Facilitators, Instructional Designers and who would like to explore new and creative ways to train employees and clients in a quick yet efficient manner.
