Would you like to get some new ideas for 2019? Are you stuck in a rut? This session will be facilitated by your ATD Cleveland Board as we share some techniques and ideas to keep your training interesting and engaging. We will look at four different areas during this fun and interactive session.
This session is planned to be a truly interactive one where you can ask questions and brainstorm with your peers on ways to help you move forward with those projects and items you might be stuck on.
About your facilitators:
Maria Gonzalez-Soto is currently the Manager of Training & Development at Tradesmen International and is pursuing her Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has designed and facilitated various workshops and programs for over 23 years. She incorporates experiential activities that positively affect company culture and performance through fun, evidence based models. Maria delivers individually designed programs for team development and one-on-one professional coaching sessions.
DJ Hasselbusch has been an ID with Dell Technologies for 6 years where he designs virtual trainings for sellers and technical engineers all over the globe. He uses multiple virtual training modalities to create and produce trainings in order to keep his end users engaged. He is also the Team Lead for the video serving platform in his organization where a large majority of the trainings are presented :
Simona Vidican is currently the Director for Revenue Cycle Education at Development at Cleveland Clinic. She has been in the training field for more than 16 year combined in Romania and United States. She spent more than 10 years in instructional design, but her latest interests include: professional and leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and employee recognition.
LeAnn Snyder is currently a Solution Architect with TMW Systems, Inc. She has been training for the past 24 years with TMW and has a BS in Education from Bowling Green State University. While at TMW, LeAnn has done classroom facilitation, instructional design and has done both internal and external training.
