Presenter: Lesley Koskey

Lesley is a dedicated talent development professional with a robust background in higher education and adult learning, spanning over twenty years. For the past decade, she has focused on refining her expertise in the talent development field. Lesley specializes in building, implementing, and optimizing performance management systems, leading talent reviews and succession planning for senior leadership, and designing comprehensive learning and development strategies that cater to all levels of an organization.

Currently, as Senior Manager of Talent Development at Brightspeed, Lesley oversees all aspects of enterprise-wide performance management, learning and career development, and succession planning for critical roles. Her strategic vision and leadership in these areas play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's growth and ensuring its long-term success.

Lesley holds a master’s degree in Adult Learning and Development from the University of Pittsburgh, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in educational theory and practice. She is also a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a certification that demonstrates her deep expertise in talent development best practices. In addition, Lesley has earned a certification in Integrated Talent Management from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), which further strengthens her ability to drive effective talent strategies across organizations. To complement her talent development skills, she also holds a Coaching Foundations certification from Case Western Reserve University, which enhances her capability to guide and support leadership and employee growth through coaching. These credentials, combined with her extensive experience, underscore Lesley's commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence in the talent development field.
