Step into The Flying Starship, a hands-on, interactive business simulation facilitated by CVATD member Cindy DiLauro. In teams, you’ll run a paper “starship” company and physically build products, first experiencing a traditional, frustrating assembly-line process, then working together to redesign the system—roles, workflow, and communication—into a high-performance operation. You’ll see in real time how small changes in how work is structured can dramatically improve speed, quality, teamwork, culture, and results. Used globally and often taught in business management and organization development programs, this simulation gives you practical, memorable takeaways you can apply to any workplace.
